Before You Bark & Play: What We Require

Spay & Neuter Policy
Dogs over 1 year old must be spayed or neutered to attend daycare or boarding. We know every pup is different—if your dog may need special consideration, let’s talk. We’re all about solutions that work for everyone.

Vaccination Requirements
For the health and safety of all our guests, we require up-to-date records for Rabies, Distemper/Lepto, and Bordetella.
Have your vet email records to info@thebarkparkbham.com or upload them to your client portal.

Friendly, Social Dogs Only
We’re a play-based, group setting—so this space is best for dogs who enjoy the company of other pups. A little barking is normal, but persistent or disruptive behavior can prevent your dog from returning. We want everyone to have a great time.

Human-Friendly Behavior
We love helping shy or nervous pups get comfortable. If your dog has shown signs of fear-based aggression toward humans, please let us know ahead of time so we can create a safe plan for success.

Temperament Test
All first-timers will go through a free temperament test (up to 2 hours) during their first visit (up to 1 hour) to make sure they’re a good fit for the pack.
